	The Respond Laser 2400XL *Fast, Blazing Speed and Power*

	There was never much debate that Lasers worked. But, it was the time element that caused the problem. Originally you could spend 20 minutes to an hour on a horse. Now we are talking in seconds. Generally with The High Powered Probe, 6 seconds per spot. A tendon, 5 spots on each side, equals 10 spots. That’s one minute to treat a tendon. We have up to 500mW of power at our disposal. Up to one joule of energy every two seconds. Plus, we are getting deeper penetration, and quicker healing times. We use true laser diodes, not L.E.D.'s. Lets take a look at what makes up this fantastic laser.

The Power/Control Unit: In it's own leather pouch, much like a binocular case, it’s is the guts of the laser. It weighs about 4.5 lbs., and is easily carried over your shoulder. The head and probe plug into this unit. The state of the art computerized controls are located on it's face, with six Nogier frequencies, plus sweep frequency mode. Completely digital, it has an industrial battery, with no "memory" effect located in this unit. This battery recharges overnight. Every laser has this power/control unit.

The High Powered Probe, “The Big Tube”, puts out one joule of laser energy every 2 seconds. The probe chirps when one joule is emitted for easy dosing. It has a 500mW, continuous wave diode, at 904nm. The lens aperture is 1 cm2. It is safe and easy to use.

The Ultra Wide Head is Respond’s traditional head. Now with four (4) 75mW continuous wave diodes, at 904nm. This equates to one joule of laser energy every 13 seconds per diode. But, with 4 diodes you are covering a larger area. This head fits nicely in your hand, and is safe and easy to use.

The Lucid probe cap slips on the end of the 500mW High power probe to reduce the size of the aperture to 3mm. It is excellent for treating acupuncture points, or small, difficult to reach areas. The medical grade stainless steel case houses optical quality fiber to transmit the light.
